Returns and Refund Policy
Whilst I am sure you will be happy with your order, we do offer a flexible exchange, return and refund policy.
Exchange/Returns
Customers have the right to apply for return within 14 days after delivery has been made.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note, you, the customer will need to pay the postage for the return.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a tracked delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
All returns must be mailed back to our office, you will be advised of this address via reply email from your initial request. Failure to complete a return with these instructions may result in us being unable to refund your returned items.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once it has arrived back at our office we will inspect it and advise if your refund application has been successful.
Note : The shipping costs are non-refundable once the package has been shipped. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we received and confirmed your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will issue a refund after your reconfirmation. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for your original order.
